1. Why does my tracking or packaging mention another company name?
At Snuzzleberry, we work with a small group of trusted brands and fulfilment partners to bring you beautiful, quality products. Sometimes, your parcel or tracking email may display the name of the brand or fulfilment partner instead of Snuzzleberry.
Rest assured, your order is still placed with Snuzzleberry, and our team is here to support you every step of the way.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, and delivery takes 2–6 working days, depending on your location and the courier. You’ll receive tracking updates by email as soon as your parcel is on its way. We usually exceed expectations.
3. Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across the UK mainland, and we’re working to expand to more regions in the future. If you’re unsure whether we can deliver to your address, please contact our friendly customer service team by emailing customerservice@snuzzleberry.com

4. How can I track my order?
When your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link from our partner Parcel Panel (the sender will be no-reply@parcelpanel.com,
or similar). This takes you to our tracking page, where you can see the latest delivery updates.
5. What happens if I’m not home when delivery is attempted?
If you’re not available to accept your parcel, the courier will usually leave a card, send you an update, or reattempt delivery. Follow the instructions in your tracking link or contact the courier directly to rearrange delivery.
6. Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Once an order is placed, we can’t usually update the delivery address due to our fast processing times. If you contact us immediately after ordering, we’ll do our best to help before the parcel is dispatched, but we can’t guarantee changes will be possible.
